StorList

StorList privacy notice

StorList stores account details, organization membership, facility relationships and operational records to provide market intelligence. Organization access is checked server-side; internal settings are restricted to designated operators.

Google Maps Platform receives the facility searches and place requests you make. Embedded maps connect your browser to Google. See Google’s Privacy Policy. Google place IDs may be retained; transient place details and autocomplete suggestions are not added to StorList’s immutable market history. Your own selected street address is used for your facility setup.

When you choose a social sign-in provider, that provider authenticates you and supplies account identity data. StorList does not receive your provider password. Provider tokens and integration secrets are encrypted at rest.

Postmark processes account email addresses and verification or password-reset messages to deliver transactional email. These messages contain temporary account-action links. StorList disables open and click tracking for these emails.

Market pricing history is retained with its independent source evidence. Operational incident records expire after seven days. Account, tenant and historical-record erasure requires operator review to preserve other customers’ rights and shared evidence; contact your StorList pilot support contact for access or deletion requests. The controlled pilot’s retention and support commitments remain subject to the launch checklist.
